How do I make a deposit?

To make a deposit, click on the "Deposit" button on our homepage and follow the instructions. Choose Tierlock or PayLightning as your preferred deposit method.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is $5.

How long does it take for deposits to appear?

Deposits typically process within minutes during open hours. Overnight deposits will be processed when we reopen at 10AM EST.

Redeem

How do I request a redeem?

To redeem your winnings, click on the "Redeem" button above and fill out the required form with your Game ID, Preferred Redeem method, and the desired amount.

What are the minimum and maximum redeem amounts?

Minimum redeem amount is $50.
Maximum redeem amount is $500 per day.
You may request up to (2) redeems per day.

When can I redeem my winnings?

Redeem requests are processed daily from 10AM – 10PM EST. Redeem requests must be submitted during business hours.
